These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on palmyreparis.com by private individuals.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
Palmyre DEBRAY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the date of order.
3. Products
All products are handmade. Minor variations in colour, shape or materials may occur and do not constitute defects.
Product images and descriptions are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros (€), VAT included.
Shipping costs are added before final checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Palmyre DEBRAY reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
5. Orders
Orders are placed online.
Confirmation is sent by email.
Palmyre DEBRAY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Full payment is required at time of order.
Accepted methods: credit card (Visa / Mastercard) and PayPal.
Transactions are secure.
Ownership of products remains with Palmyre DEBRAY until full payment is received.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are indicative only.
Palmyre DEBRAY cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
The Customer must check parcels upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt of returned products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
9. Liability
Palmyre DEBRAY shall not be liable for indirect damages or force majeure events.
10. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable French and EU regulations.

11. Intellectual Property
