Shipping

We deliver worldwide, to your home, workplace, holiday destination or to friends and family for gifts (excluding P.O. boxes and hotels).

Each piece is carefully packaged individually. Jewellery is shipped in signature boxes or small fabric pouches for petite earrings.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

In mainland France, delivery is handled by La Poste within approximately 48 hours after dispatch (Monday to Saturday).

International shipping is provided via Colissimo International. Delivery times range from 3 to 8 working days depending on destination (excluding possible customs delays).

Customs duties may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after we receive the returned items.
Return shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.

Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Any damaged or incomplete item will not be refunded.
